hallo. it shall be a blog of opinions today.

chinese paper was fine. never did one easier than this one before. my chinese isnt exactly the best but if i get a C or a D, i would be over the moon, cus i hardly even manage an E but the paper wasnt too bad. really proud of my cloze passage. perhaps pjc chinese standard is quite high. nevertheless, praise the Lord for everything today! really flowed thru the paper calmly, even had extra time, something i dun usually have much off in chinese papers. heh.

yups, after the paper, went with julie to lunch at macs. on the way back, stopped to see the guys fixing up this shelf thingy. haha. so interesting. wanted to help but i just screwed in one screw and hancheng chased me for scap meeting. lol. i really didnt get the relay lo and u tell me when i m mugging for chinese, minor minor detail, sorry la, forgot! wah piang, den call me, ask me 'where are u now?', den i was like, at macs. dunno leh, ur tone could have been nicer. kinda the reason why i took my time and goofed around. if read this, he ll go, nictan, haha, still the same old style. oh well, my SPL knows me best and knows how to get the best out of me. hehe. still remember all the times is goofed around in meetings, drove u up the wall. but at least i did my stuff in the end. just my retarded way of saying, treat me better and dun be so uptight about things, relax!!

anyway. was done with that, wanted to go library la, so its like pass by the ogl list on the way out so decided to scan thru it. den its like, all the regulars missing, all the people i expected to get in didnt get in. oh wells. i feel its quite a pity la. just felt selection shud have been narrowed and the process shud have been made longer to filter out the best we could possibly have. not to take anything away from those hu got in, congrats! but i just felt, just an application form and an interview and we decide. to me its not enough leh. i mean like anyone hu knows how to be politically correct can get pass any interview, just felt more shud have been let more people into the trial, cus putting them in that natural working environment with people they might not know will probably reveal their true ability. just felt they shouldnt have trimmed the list so fast, maybe remove 20 at a time. felt more shud have been given a chance. oh wells. O1 is gonna be great! but just felt we shud go to a greater extent to ensure, we have the best, not just the best in studying but the most enthusiastic yet not over crazy people. as i walked around the interview rooms the other day, just felt that element was missing. and as for those hu missed out, we shud organise something for them to do, give them a chance for something too!

oh yes, library. can borrow 8 books this few months. they came up with this thing called DEAR, drop everything and read. kinda corny but works la. heh. now i just hope the publicity for SCAP, student council attachment programme will have the same effect. today and openhouse just made me realise how important publicity is to events man. never thought much of it before. hehe.

and my dear liverpool, against reading tmr. please do not disappoint!

told my dad i lost the thumbdrive, didnt get grilled as badly as i tot i would. just need to pay him back for it. hehe.
